Bonnington Walk Apartments
74-Unit Residential Development, Lockleaze
We were appointed to deliver the drylining, plastering and ceilings package at Bonnington Walk Apartments, a 74-unit residential development across 4 blocks in Lockleaze, Bristol.
Working across multiple blocks to a coordinated programme, our scope included direct board-to-Metsec installations throughout, along with partitions, fire-rated partitions and risers to meet strict fire safety and compliance requirements across the development.
Plastering was carried out using a combination of traditional hand application and airless spray plastering, allowing us to maintain a consistent, high-quality finish while adapting our approach to suit the different areas and programme demands across the blocks.
Ceiling works formed a significant part of the package, comprising fire-rated ceilings, MF suspended ceilings, acoustic ceilings and suspended gridded ceilings — each specified to suit the varying performance requirements of different areas within the blocks, from fire compartmentation to acoustic separation between units.
All works were carried out in accordance with specification across the full development, delivering a consistent standard of finish and performance throughout the 74 apartments, supporting a high-quality, compliant living environment for residents.
