We were appointed to deliver the drylining and lime plastering package at Melksham House, a detached residential property originally constructed in 1608.
Working within a building of significant historic character, the project required a sensitive approach to both material selection and installation. Our scope included carefully integrated drylining systems alongside traditional lime plaster applications, ensuring compatibility with the existing structure while enhancing internal performance and finish quality.
Particular attention was given to maintaining breathability within the original fabric, preserving architectural features and working sympathetically within the constraints of a heritage property. All works were carried out with precision and care to protect the integrity of the building while meeting the required specification standards.
Scope of Works
