We were appointed to undertake the drylining and lime plaster works at Trowbridge Town Hall, a prominent civic building originally constructed in 1887.
Working within a heritage structure of significant architectural character required a sensitive and technically informed approach. Our scope included carefully integrated drylining systems alongside lime plaster applications, ensuring compatibility with the existing fabric while achieving the required internal performance and finish standards.
Particular attention was given to maintaining breathability and protecting original features throughout the installation process. Operating within the constraints of an occupied public building demanded careful sequencing, close coordination and strict adherence to project specifications.
The completed works provide high-quality internal finishes that respect the historic integrity of the town hall while supporting its continued use for modern civic functions.
