Today, the company is led by Matthew Iles and Richard Player, who together carry forward the standards and values that have defined North Bristol Plastering for decades.

Richard has been with the company since 2015 and leads on business development alongside the day-to-day running of the business. He plays a key role in building and maintaining the client relationships that have helped the company grow and thrive.

Matthew Iles
Matthew began his career as a plasterer before retraining as a Quantity Surveyor in his twenties. With experience gained across national housebuilders and main contractors, he brings a strong commercial awareness to the business — ensuring projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard. Matthew joined North Bristol Plastering in 2022.
With a combined wealth of experience and a commitment to quality, Matthew and Richard continue to deliver dependable plastering and drylining services to clients across Bristol and the surrounding areas — backed by a reputation built over three decades.
